Return Policy

Overview

At capsnic, every product is carefully inspected and packed with quality checks before dispatch. Since our products are fashion accessories and personal-wear items, we follow a limited and controlled return policy to ensure hygiene, authenticity, and fair usage.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the cases mentioned below:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered (different from order)

 Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size, color, or design preference
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Products once used, worn, washed, or altered

Return Request Timeline

  • Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customer must share:
    • Clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product)
    • Images of the damaged/defective product
    • Original packaging with tags intact

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

Product Condition for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

If the returned product fails quality inspection, the return will be declined.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed as:
    • Store Credit / Replacement (preferred)
    • Refund to original payment method (only if replacement is not possible)

 Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Shipping & Logistics

  • In case of approved damage or wrong product, Capsnic will arrange reverse pickup.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customer will be guided for self-shipping (shipping cost reimbursed after approval).

Important Notes

  • Limited-edition, discounted, or promotional sale items are non-returnable
  • Bulk or customized orders are non-returnable
  • capsnic reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after inspection

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
  • capsnic is not responsible for delays once the order is dispatched

Final Decision

  • Each capsnic product is crafted with care and quality checks. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
    For any concerns, our support team is always happy to assist.
  • All return and refund decisions made by capsnic will be final and binding.
